GENERAL
This website, its content and any contract brought into being as a result of using this site are governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
PRICES & PAYMENT
The price payable for goods you order along with carriage charges is as stated in our correspondence at the time you place your order. We do however reserve the right to change the price of goods without notice. The contract price shall be the price current at the date of dispatch of the goods. There could also be times where errors occur on our web site and goods may be incorrectly priced. We are under no obligation to honour any web site price if there is such an error.
Goods & Services remain the property of LW Yarnold Ltd until paid for in full.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Please be aware that we will charge interest on late invoices at 8% over the Bank of England Base Rate as is our rights under The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
DELIVERY & TITLE
It is our policy to dispatch your order within 6 working days but whenever possible we will send orders next day subject to stock levels. We will aim to advise you of receipt of order as soon as possible and of any delays.
RETURNS
All goods can be returned to LW Yarnold Ltd within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less the carriage and handling costs, provided the goods are in the original packing and are in new condition. No returns can be received for credit without prior authorization. Once goods have been received and are deemed to meet our returns requirements a credit will be issued within 7 working days. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
WARRANTIES
The company warrants that the goods will correspond to their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If you are unfortunate to have a warranty item we may offer repair, exchange or refund according to the nature of the said item. Warranty failures will be collected by LW Yarnold Ltd - all collections must be accompanied by our Goods return number and proof of purchase. LW Yarnold Ltd will not accept any liability for down time / or consequential loss due to warranty failures. Please note that after inspection should the fault found be a non manufacturing fault, LW Yarnold Ltd will charge for the collection / delivery cost and an automatic inspection charge may apply.
CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled by contacting alan@zetor-dealer.co.uk or in writing to Criftens Farm, Clifton upon Teme, Nr Worcester WR6 6ES If the goods have not yet been sent then a full refund will be given. If however the items have been dispatched then goods can be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
AVAILABILITY
We endeavor to keep sufficient stock levels to meet orders placed with us, however if we do not have the stock to supply or cannot deliver the goods paid for by you, we will at our discretion deliver a substitute product or refund you the price paid for the said goods within 30 days unless agreed with you otherwise.
DELAY & FORCE MAJEURE
Whilst every effort will be made to comply with any quoted dates given for delivery, LW Yarnold Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by delay or failure in obtaining goods from the companys own suppliers, or any loss or damage caused by strikes, lockouts, trade disputes, transport delays, shortages of material, breakdowns, fire, accidents and/or any causes whatsoever beyond the companys control. Such delay shall not constitute a breach or repudiation of the contract.

We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal identity information. It will be used only to support your customer relationship with LW Yarnold Ltd
